Nurturing Myself to Flourish
A lot of people have been coming up to me saying that I have lost a lot of weight and that I am glowing. I used to check my weight every week but it left me feeling upset with my body so I stopped going on the scales. A couple of months later when I went back on the scales, I was shocked to find out that I had lost 10kgs (now currently 14kgs). In all honesty I don't really know how I did it because I didn't even try (consciously) but maybe it's because I accepted myself and loved myself so I treated myself differently. I didn't starve myself or do anything intense, instead, I nurtured myself to flourish and grow. I stopped criticising my own body and I learnt to accept and love every bit of me. Loving yourself makes a big difference and it will help you transform into the person you want to be. Not physically but in character too as you start to actually take care of yourself and it motivates you to be your greatest version as well. So love yourself, including your body because it is also the only place you have to live.
